Have you returned your ballot?Work has been underway for quite some time to update and modernize the community's bylaws and covenants. Copies of the revised documents along with ballots were sent to all residents last fall and also were available at the annual meeting in November. If you have not already returned your ballot, please fill it out and return it. You can download and print a copy here, and you can return it to any of the HOA board members or directly to Heritage Property Management. Property information, management and accounting services are now online and available via a real time, security enabled website that protects personal information and provides access to Association financial information and documents.

River Ridge Pot Luck Barbeque Set for Saturday, June 30, 2012Come out, meet your neighbors, and join in the fun for another great gathering at our clubhouse and pool. Meet and greet begins at 5:00pm, and dinner starts at 6:00pm.

911 -- It's Not Just for EmergenciesFor Johns Creek, 911 is the number to call for any issues that may require police and/or other personnel. Our PACT (Police And Citizens Together) contact Officer Meberg has encouraged all River Ridge residents to call 911 whenever they need to report information or request assistance. "Our 911 call center is staffed to help with both emergency and non-emergency calls. They're available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and can immediately get your call to the appropriate responder," Meberg explained. He also explained that if you are calling from a cell phone, it may be helpful to tell the 911 operator that you are in Johns Creek. While this information is immediately displayed for landline phones, the location info displayed for cellphones may vary. More information about Johns Creek Emergency Services is available on the city's web site. Sign up for Smart911 Meberg encouraged all River Ridge residents to sign up for Smart911 Smart 911 provides Johns Creek residents with the ability to enter important information on a 100 percent private and secure website that will help first responders address any future emergency they may have.
