Bylaws & Covenants
As many residents know, work has been underway to significantly update and streamline the community covenants and bylaws. Although many residents have reviewed the proposed new versions and returned their ballots, others have not. The HOA Board continues to work toward getting enough signed ballots to have a determination on whether the revised documents have been approved by sufficient residents to become official.
