Q. What happens if I'm late paying my monthly fee?
A. Here's a quick re-cap of the procedures as they're outlined in our Covenants:

1. A $10 late fee is charged for payments received after the end of the month in which due.
2. A Late Notice is mailed 30 days after the due date.
3. A Warning Letter is mailed 60 days after the due date for balances of $50 or more.
4. A Warning of Lien Letter is mailed 100 days after the due date for balances of $200 or more.
5. A Lien is filed 135 days after the due date.
6. A Warning of Suit Letter is mailed 180 days after the due date for balances of $500 or more.
